I'm an enthusiastic UX designer with 10 years of experience. Specialising in helping organisations understand their customers and develop product strategies that deliver impactful, human centred solutions.

My Journey

From a young age, I was always involved in creative activities—whether drawing, filming, or even crafting a Roman outfit out of hundreds of toilet rolls!

During my time at university studying Digital Media Technology, I discovered my niche in bridging the gap between design and development as I developed a strong mix of design and tech skills. This has really helped me work well with both designers and developers, making sure projects run smoothly.

It was also during university that I discovered my passion for designing with a purpose, inspired by reading Don Norman’s "The Design of Everyday Things" and Steve Krug’s "Don’t Make Me Think". These works ignited my commitment to designing intuitive products centred around real human needs.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the opportunity to put these learnings into action, fully immersing myself in the user centred design process. From gathering customer feedback and crafting designs to testing with real users and watching the final product come to life.

Things I enjoy outside of work:

👶 Being a dad of 2 boys usually keeps me busy

🎲 I'm a big board game enthusiast

⚽ I spend far too much of my time watching my football team Blackburn Rovers lose

🥾 I love exploring the countryside with my family and friends
